Spectrum odor neutralizer is a non-toxic, food-grade odor neutralizer using bio-degradable essential oils. When used in the Spectrum Ascent system the appropriately diluted Spectrum odor neutralizer is efficiently atomized to produce a very fine mist that is added to the extract ductwork or stack so that it contacts and neutralizes the cooking odors. The mist interacts with the odor particles for a sufficient time to neutralize them. Having absorbed the odorous components, Spectrum odor neutralizer breaks down the molecular structure to form harmless, non-volatile, salts that degrade naturally.
